If I could give 10 stars to Dwyer Law, I would.  We had a very challenging, hard case against the insurance company and Dave worked tirelessly along with his amazing staff.  Everything with our car accident got resolved, even better than we could have ever expected and it was due to his hard work, intelligence, and integrity as a lawyer.  Here are few things to know when looking for a personal injury attorney:  You do not want an attorney who advertises on a billboard.  Those lawyers settle cases and probably in their 30-year career have never taken any case to a trial.  Of course, that is never what you want, but you want to know that if that needs to happen, your attorney will be ready.  Dave will take it all the way to court if he needs to.  Fortunately for us, the insurance companies will look at that and the insurance weighed out their risk with Dave and came to the right conclusion.  It wasn’t worth messing around; Excellent attorneys know other excellent attorneys.  Excellence tends to surround itself with excellence.  All of those great minds come together and get ideas.  Dave has no ego.  He surrounds himself with excellent people and they come up with some amazing out-of-the-box ideas.  In our case, we needed it.  I really love that about Dave; Dave really cares.  Attorneys may say that when you are hiring them only to find out later, they really don’t.  But Dave really means it.  He has a family.  We felt like he knew us and cared about us.  It’s not just a job for him.  He is fighting for you as a person and cares deeply about the results of what he does.  In the business of personal injury, that is extremely rare.  Dave is fair.  If there is anything I can say about Dave, he is fair.  He’s not just getting money from a case.  He is fair in every way.  He walked us through everything detail, he took my calls, he called me personally at every turn in the case.  Even after our case had been settled, he still calls if there are any loose ends that need to be taken care of.  This again is very rare as an attorney; and, I can tell you this with confidence.  Dave is the best in the business.  In my opinion, the best in all of Tucson, at what he does.  This the second time we’ve worked with him and both situations were settled better than we could have thought.  I am so happy that we found him and he was there through the most challenging times in our lives.  We give our highest recommendation without reservation.
