I was a passenger in a Chevy truck with a good friend on May 4th, 2025.  We were hit by a BMW driving in the other direction.  He lost control, crossed a raised median and hit us head on.  I lost consciousness and came to with my nose bleeding, blurred vision and in a lot of pain.  Major injuries were diagnosed as a broken left wrist, injured thumb, broken right clavicle, compressed fracture of the back and severe hematomas. After I spent two weeks in the hospital and in a rehab facility, we decided to consult a lawyer.  Dwyer Law was highly recommended and certainly lived up to that recommendation.  Both David Dwyer and his Paralegal, Alma, were most professional.  They communicated well, answering any questions we had in a timely and caring way.   I can’t get back the several months of pain, surgery and rehabilitation, but feel that Dave and Alma worked tirelessly to get fair compensation for my injuries without ever going to court.  They are two wonderful people who we were lucky to have fighting for us during a very trying time. I cannot say enough to recommend Dwyer Law and highlight their honesty, professionalism and caring personalities.
